How to Apply

Thank you for your interest in applying for a grant from the Plantation Community Foundation.

 

To apply and be considered for a grant, you must complete the application and submit it with other required documents by November 30th.  The application and associated grant criteria document may be downloaded below.

 

If you are awarded a grant, you will be notified in March; and you will receive your award at our Grants Award Luncheon in April.

 

If you do not have Microsoft Word, you may download the application as a PDF and fill out the form by hand.

 

THERE MUST BE TWO COPIES OF YOUR GRANT REQUEST MAILED OR HAND DELIVERED, NO ELECTRONIC SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Impact Grant

2019

      The PCF was able to award 2 Community Impact Grants in 2019.

      $26,000 was awarded to InStride Therapy to start a new therapeutic program for veterans suffering from PTSD and related conditions.     

     $48,000 was awarded to the Senior Friendship Center in Venice to fully upgrade two of their client lavatories.
